Ordering
When will I receive my order?
We aim to have all orders completed and shipped within an estimated 3 to 5 business days.
Please understand that we can not guarantee actual delivery dates. Once your order is shipped, we must rely on our shipping partners and any delays are out of our hands.
Additional time for order processing may be needed during the holidays.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
When will I receive my digital proof?
Digital proofs are sent within two business days to the email address provided.
Proof requests require additional processing time to allow for proof creation, email communication, and approval.
Additional processing time may also be needed during the holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed and/or printed, we can cancel and fully refund your order.
Once your order has been processed and/or printed it is unable to be cancelled.
Please send an email to hello@swoonpaperco.com with your order number so that we can assist you with your cancellation.
Can I rush my order?
If your order is time-sensitive, please send an email to hello@swoonpaperco.com prior to placing your order.
Can I change the address on my order?
Please send an email to hello@swoonpaperco.com with your order number so that we can update your shipping address.
Please understand that if your order has already shipped we will not be able to make any changes.
Where is my email sign-up coupon code?

Shipping
What are my shipping options?
To provide the most affordable shipping costs, orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 2-5 business days.
If you are interested in expedited shipping, please send an email to hello@swoonpaperco.com. We may be able to accommodate.

Customers are responsible for the difference in shipping costs.
My package is delayed, what can I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please understand that once your order is shipped we must rely on our shipping partners and delays are beyond our control.
We will work to resolve shipping issues to the best of our ability and appreciate your patience.
What should I do if my package:
- is delayed but still receiving scan updates.
Please be patient. Your package should arrive despite the delay.
- is delayed and no longer receiving scan updates.
The most efficient approach is to contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. They can provide additional information and ensure that your package is not lost.
- is unable to be located/has been marked as lost.
We will begin a trace/investigation process with the shipper which takes 2-3 business days to complete. If they are unable to locate the missing package, we will begin a reprint of your order.

My package says delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
In many cases, packages are prematurely marked as delivered and will arrive a day or two later. If your order has not arrived within a few days of its delivered status, please send an email to hello@swoonpaperco.com with your order number so that we can help.
Please understand that once your order is shipped we must rely on our shipping partners. Unfortunately, any delays are beyond our control.
My order was damaged in transit. What can I do?
Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged package to hello@swoonpaperco.com so that we can begin the replacement process.
Please bring damages to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.
How much does shipping cost?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $5.95.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes. All items in your order will ship together for a flat rate of $5.95.
Orders of $50 or more will ship for free.
Combined and/or free shipping is available for one shipment to one address.
To ship items to more than one address, please place separate orders.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working to provide this option soon. Stay tuned!
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
My order is wrong. What can I do?
If we made an error personalizing your items or fulfilling your order, please send an email to hello@swoonpaperco.com so that we can make it right.
Please bring errors to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.
Can I get a refund?
Please send an email to hello@swoonpaperco.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Please note the following stipulations:
Personalized Items:
- Refunds for personalized items are provided only if an error was made on our end and you do not wish for a replacement.
- Your order must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt for the refund process to begin.
- A full refund, including the return shipping costs, will be initiated as soon as we receive the incorrect items. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
Non-Personalized Items:
- You may return non-personalized items for a refund within 7 days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made an error fulfilling your order.
- All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Once we receive the items, we will initiate your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few days for the refund to appear.

Product Information
How are your stationery items printed?
All of our stationery items are digitally press-printed on state-of-the-art HP Indigo presses, which utilize electroink, for superior printing quality.
Can I get more information about product materials?
Of course!
All of our stationery items are crafted with the finest printing paper with a reputation for quality, consistency and uniformity. The lush tactility of our paper stock offers a superb writing experience and a timeless appeal.
Note cards, enclosure/calling cards, and gift tags: These stationery items are printed on our signature, hefty, 120 lb. white cover stock with a luxurious eggshell finish. (No flimsy, slick, shiny cardstock, here!)
Envelopes: Our white envelopes are an exact match to our stationery, in a lighter weight paper. Our kraft envelopes are a premium, grocer-style kraft paper stock.
Notepads: Our notepads are printed using bleed resistant, text weight paper that is 3.5x heavier than typical printer paper. Notepads have a heavy-weight white card stock backing and are glued along the top edge, making them ideal for frequent use and tear-away functionality.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, we are happy to send paper samples.

Packaging, Gift Notes & Wrapping
How will my items be packaged?
Note sets are packaged in a classic white gift box with clear top and secured with a clear band.
Notepads and gift tags are packaged in clear, resealable cello sleeves.
Our packaging is perfect for both storing and gift-giving.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes. There is an "Add a gift note" link in your cart, just above the checkout button.
Your message will be typed onto a small white card and placed in a 'Gift For You' envelope within the package.
We do not include invoices with our shipments, so pricing is never revealed.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time but we hope to provide this service soon.
